I found myself, due to a growing serious medical condition with my brother, in a situation where I needed to sell my property. This property was at best in poor condition due to the debilitating condition of my brother. Despite that, Jason and Credible Homebuyers, LLC offered me a market competitive price for the house and they did so with the caveat that they would purchase the property in the condition it was in at the time of the sale. There was no quibbling over the price or the caveat and indeed they were nothing less than professional at all times as this transaction unfolded.
